The meaning of Life

Different people may have a different view of life.
The most recent reason I heard about the meaning of life is to keep yourself happy.
Some people told me the meaning of life is to become a successful man/ woman.
Some others said it is about enjoying yourself, be whoever you want to be. Life is short, just be yourself.
Some people may have a longer term vision. They want to do something "big", so that people remember you when you pass away.
Some passionate activists may say, "I want to change the society, education system, and politics! I want to change the way people think! I want to make a better world!!"
The most common reason, I suppose, is ... "Well... I don't know!"

From all these reasons stated either by friends, friend's friends or some guy in the internet, such as keep yourself happy, achieve your personal goal, be who you want to be, etc... Do you recognize that these reasons are ALL about yourself? "I want to do this ... I want to be that..." Do you realize that everyone's meaning of life is simply about "ME"?!
I reckon from all reasons I've stated above, the last answer is the honest one. "I don't know!" How are you supposed to know your explanation of the meaning of life is better than the others? What authority do you have to claim that your explanation is the best? If you cannot prove you have the right and authority to claim the meaning of life, then your answer is an intentional or unintentional lie.

So, that means NO one in the world can claim "This is the meaning of life!! ..." And that means people who try to tell others the meaning of life is not telling the right answer. Then the conclusion is YOU are not always correct. So why are you still concerning about yourself? There must be something more important than "ME" in this world. There must be an ultimate RIGHT answer for the meaning for life. Where does it come from? Certainty not you or me, or any human being. Who else can this be?
